Emergency Contact List
These are the individuals the monitoring center will call if your alarm is triggered and youβre unreachable.
Include people you trust to act on your behalf
Make sure names, phone numbers, and their order of contact are current
Verbal Passcode (Code Word)
This is the secure word or phrase you provide to verify your identity when speaking with the monitoring center.
It allows the monitoring station to confirm that the person on the line is authorized
An outdated or forgotten code can delay emergency response or lead to dispatch cancellation
Faster Emergency Response: Correct contacts allow the monitoring center to quickly verify the alarm and dispatch the appropriate authorities
