Removing a User’s Access
When a resident moves out or a card is lost, remove their access right away. You have two options depending on the situation:
Option A — Delete the User
 Best when the person is gone for good. | Option B — Disable / Remove the Card
Best when a card is lost but the person stays. |
Lost or stolen card: Remove or disable it immediately (Option B). A lost card that isn’t removed can still open doors until you do. If you’re not sure the change took effect, contact HDSS to verify.Related Articles
