How to Reset Your Password on the UNV Link App

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the UNV Link App

    • On the main screen, tap "Forgot Password."

  2. Select How You Signed Up

    • If you registered with your phone number, tap the phone icon at the bottom of the screen.

    • If you used your email, tap the mail icon instead.

  3. Send the Verification Code

    • Tap "Send Code."

    • ​

  4. Complete the Security Puzzle

    • Follow the on-screen prompt to complete the quick security puzzle and then tap "OK."

    • ​

  5. Check for the Code

    • You should receive a text message or email depending on how you signed up.

    • Open the message and find the verification code.

  6. Enter the Code

    • Type in the code you received and tap "Next."

    • ​

  7. Set Your New Password

    • Enter your new password, then tap "Confirm."

That’s it! Your password has been successfully reset. You can now log in to the UNV Link app using your new credentials.
